What
is PSA?
PRE
SCHEDULE APPOINTMENT (PSA) is intended to match-make and facilitate
one-on-one meetings between exhibitors and qualified buyers on the
show floor during the exhibition.
It
is a powerful programme that allows exhibitors and qualified buyers
to make appointments even before they arrive at the event.
PSA
allows exhibitors and qualified buyers to obtain with certainty
a specific number of appointments of 15 minutes each over the duration
of the exhibition.
PSA
will enable both exhibitors and qualified buyers to utilise and
manage their time more efficiently, hence ensuring a successful
event.
How
PSA Works?
Participants
have to register and submit their demographics online. Comprehensive
information on both the exhibitors and qualified buyers like full
contact details, company's profile, products and services providing
or interested will be captured into the computer system and make
available for all to view.
Two
weeks before the exhibition, participants can login and make their
selection of organisations they would like to have meeting appointments
with and submit their appointment preference. The PSA computerised
appointment system will automatically do a matching of the selections
submitted and allocate the meeting appointments for both qualified
buyers and exhibitors on condition that both have selected each
other.
In
the event there is no match, the computerised appointment system
will post appointment requests on a "Pending List". Participants
will review and re-select the pending list to fill up available
time slots. When all available appointment slots are taken up, the
system will post unsuccessful appointment requests to a "Missed
List" where participants can contact directly with via email to
make further appointments outside of PSA.
The
PSA system allows participants to make changes to their scheduled
appointments until the closing date. Thereafter, no more changes
can be made. After the closing date, the computerised appointment
system will do a final allocation of appointments for those who
still have available slots.
